These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at pydjdesigns.com and any services provided by PYDJ Designs.

A. Services & Scope
PYDJ Designs provides creative design services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or invoice. Any work requested outside of the original scope may incur additional fees.

B. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Upon full and final payment, the final approved design deliverables are transferred to the Client.

• Rights Reserved: PYDJ Designs retains the right to use all designs created (including drafts and final versions) for promotional and portfolio purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

• Unused Concepts: All preliminary concepts and drafts not selected by the Client remain the exclusive property of PYDJ Designs.

C. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, feedback, and assets (logos, images, text) in a timely manner. Delays in providing feedback may result in a rescheduled completion date.

D. Limitation of Liability
PYDJ Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our designs or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
