Refund Policy

Some of our design work involves custom labor and time, we have a specific policy regarding payments and refunds.

A. Non-Refundable Deposits
A [e.g., 50%] non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins. This deposit secures your spot in our design queue and covers the initial research and conceptualization phase.

B. Refund Eligibility

• Before Work Starts: If you cancel your project before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund of your deposit.

• In-Progress Work: Once the initial concepts or drafts have been delivered, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Completed Work: Once final files are approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
   

C. Project Cancellation
Either party may terminate the project at any time with written notice. If the Client terminates the project, they are responsible for paying for all hours worked or milestones completed up to the date of cancellation
