At PYDJ Designs, we strive to get your creative gear and custom products to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Processing Times

• Standard Items: Most orders require 1 to 5 business days for processing, packaging, and handling before they are handed over to the carrier.

• Pre-Orders & Custom Items: These items have unique production timelines. Please refer to the specific product description for estimated processing times. Once these items are ready, standard shipping times apply.
   

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

• Standard Shipping: Once processed, most shipping companies take up to 5 business days to deliver to your door.

• Expedited Shipping: If you choose an expedited shipping method at checkout, please note that the 1 to 5-day processing time still applies. Expedited shipping only reduces the time the package spends in transit with the carrier.
   

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
