Return/Exchange Policy
All items may be returned up to 30 days from receipt of product. You are responsible for return postage, see address below. Please ensure all packaging & order confirmation is enclosed with all returns/exchanges. If you have any questions/concerns contact below: 
Standard Products are eligible for return for full exchange, refund or account credit for up to 30 days from receipt of product. Please note: If there is visible damage and/or excessive use to products, your return/exchange will be rejected & returned. Please allow 10 to 14 days for refund to original payment method. For Account Credit please allow 3 to 5 days to be reflected to your account. You will receive an email notification upon receipt of return & refund/exchange initiation. 
Boutique/Specialty Items: These items are eligible for an ACCOUNT CREDIT ONLY*.  NOTE: All returns for specialty items will incur a 5% restocking fee and account credit only for future purchase. If there is visible damage and/or excessive use to products, your return/exchange will be rejected & returned. For Account Credit please allow 3 to 5 days to be reflected to your account. You will receive an email notification upon receipt of return & return credit initiation. 
Note: Exchange procedure your card/account will be refunded then debited. Reshipment will occur within 3 business days after confirmed receipt back to our facility. You will receive notification receipt with debit/charge and tracking information for reshipment.
